Authorized Use

You are responsible for complying with all recording, consent, privacy, employment, and telecommunications laws applicable in your location and to your conversation participants.

SolvCue must not be used for hidden recording, illegal surveillance, or any recording without required authorization.

AI Output

Scores and recommendations generated by SolvCue are coaching aids only. They do not constitute legal, financial, employment, or compliance advice.

Trial and Plans

The free trial includes 2 complete analyses or 30 analyzed minutes, whichever comes first — with full coaching insights, no previews withheld. The Pro plan allows up to 120 analyses or 20 analyzed hours per month. Individual audio files are limited to 60 minutes.

Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased inside the Android app are processed by the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's billing terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play → Subscriptions.

Service Availability

Transcription and analysis require an active internet connection. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete account, at solvcue.com/delete-account, or by emailing support@solvcue.com.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SolvCue after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
